Wow, went way over calories today. It was the new Dark Chocolate Mousse I had for desert tonight. It was delicious but should have only had half of it and cut out my Chocolate Coffee Bomb. I want to increase my carbs and see what that does to how I feel but this was way over the top. lol Tomorrow is another day.
