Didnt do great today. Had alot of stuff to do this morning so missed breakfast and didnt eat fat smash friendly for lunch. But I did go to the track and walked 5 laps. Woulda ran some but apparently high school foot ball practice starts early in the year. So I am gonna have to start walking around my neighborhood I do believe but that will do. I have a few hills here and that should boost my workout. Have a smashing day everyone.

You are doing great with the walking. You are right that the hills will add some variety and create some muscle confusion, good stuff for fat loss:)
