Still feeling good about all of this. It is like a balancing act. I ate a very big dinner last night, but it was sure delicious. In preparation, I had been very good all day, conserving calories because I knew I would eat more at night. Perhaps that is not the best way to diet, taking in large amounts late in the day, but that is how my life goes. If I want to enjoy dinner with my husband and with our friends, it is going to be later. One lifestyle change at a time... :)
