First day i really felt hungry. I wanted to eat everything in site. It was almost an uncontrollable urge. :( I wonder what could be the possible trigger? I didnt' eat anything very unsual early in the day to really spike my blood sugar to make me crave anything. hmmmm. something to think about. But overall i did ok. :)
