When on the weight loss phases of Atkins in the past I had many weeks where I didn't lose any weight whatsoever but lost like 2 inches, talk about crazy. I finally realized that it all makes for a smaller me so I was happy about it. The weird part is that I wasn't doing any major exercise, just walking a couple of miles most days. When I was on a low fat diet I had to do weight training to lose inches like that. Here's hoping that I wake up 3 pounds lighter tomorrow LOL!! Hang in there, you could have taken in a bit too much sodium yesterday and that is why you are up. Also, did you drink all of your water? You CAN do it so keep at it.
