Well, tnat was interesting... I wtote an entry, it doesn't show, I write another, it gets duplicated into three.
At the risk of repeating myself. ...
I was surprised at the weigh jn this morning being a new number. not because I don't feel I am losing, but as I have not stepped on the scales in ages it was odd. I used to not step on them for ages and the new number would be higher, not lower. I will find the tape measure and see. ... I have nkt done any hiit this week, so will remedy that by a short 5 minute burst today, knce my back settles. Two cats on the bed all night, not good.
