So it was definitely a challenging week with the struggle of being consistent and committed, a lot of bad food decisions emotional eating, bad exercising. Ohw well I look forward to this week taking it one step at a time. This app is really helping with understanding nutritional information on products. I am not committing to any diet or fast but I am committing to eating natural food and not processed food.
