Had my scan today and results were very good.I could have wished for more weight loss but overall I am happy with the result. So here are the results during the last 27 day I have lost 8kg, The break down is (9.2kg Fat lost and 1.2kg gained of muscle) my water is slightly down from last weigh-in, and my visceral fat is still over 20 but will work on this. Last scan was on the 12 Jan 2018 at 07:03 and todays scan 8 Feb 2018 at 07:00 for consistency. I was a bit sceptical about the muscle gained however if I think of the Gym work I have put in and how different I am looking in front of the mirror I can believe that. So seems as if I did not do all the wrong things the last month and I can tell you there were days I doubted myself. I will be planning my next 30 days and plan to do better but will see as initial weight-loss is always easy but keeping it going is a task if things are not interesting and food is plain so will be digging up and copying recipes.

Fantastic eightpac. 13 kg off is MAJOR loss! Look at something that weighs that much (bag of fertiliser or something!! LOL) and imagine you DON'T have to burden your joints and heart with it any more! I have no idea who you are but I feel proud of you!!!
