Day 2 and I am feeling good about myself. I am a little nervous about going to a party at a friend's house tonight. I have been planning in my head how to insure I don't eat too much over there. This may include filling up on healthy foods before heading over. I also want to be frugal with my calories this morning so that I can have a little freedom tonight.
