Could not be happier with my weight-loss yesterday. I cut my intermittent fasting and had a protein shake - low carb for breakfast. Measured my ketones at lunch and they where higher than they usually are. This means that I need to eat something to kickstart my metabolism. Also had heaps of green tea (Leaves from China). I am beginning to really feel good and this diet thing is getting a lot easier and I now look forward to the diet. Got my scan Thursday morning will see how I go.
