ate so much yesterday my belly is so sore. why do I do it. I did get on scales and they were really mean. didn't log as know it's water weight and be off in a few days

It takes me a few days after lots of naughtiness to get back to normal. I've been thinking the treats aren't worth all the hard work. I'm going to try and stick to one small treat instead of, for eg, a McDonald's AND a cake lol

Darling don’t be hard on yourself. We all do it! I need to stop eating the biscuits and cake but finding it so hard these days. I think I need to stop having tea before bed coz that’s when I end up cheating! X
