I also struggle to keep to ym eating plan and workouts. It was suggested to me that I should give myself a message while I prep and eat meals and workout. I choose to tell myself that I am investing in my health because I am worthy. I find it works well to reframe why I am trying to make healthy changes. Hang in there💪
