i have never done this "online journal" thing, but why not. if nothing else, it may be another way of keeping my hands busy so that i don't binge at night -- which seems to be the major problem. i am generally good during the day. but after the night settles in i become a monster and want to eat everything in sight ... and i do.
but not anymore. this time i will stick to a good plan, a doable plan and i will not let go. good luck to me. and if anyone is reading: good luck to you too.
