Nothing like a set back. Hurt my knee exercising last week. Rather than icing it and taking it easy I continued on. That wasn’t smart

4 days before I leave on vacation I’m nursing a sore knee and have no hope for any more weight loss. Been going really slow but I’m not giving up.

Absolutely only low cal healthy food for me till I leave 🏝👙🌞

As I've said before - I've lost almost 40 pounds with very little exercise! It's what you eat that makes the difference. Hope your knee recovers soon and have a wonderful vacation 🙂

Hi Doobrie I totally agree with you but thought the exercising will slim me down a little faster It sure is harder as you get older. Lol Not that I’m going to be eating lots but I’m not going to worry about my diet while I’m away. Most of it will be liquid 🍹🍹

Yes, it's the liquid calories that put weight on me while I'm away 😊. Don't worry about how long it takes the weight to come off - it will get there eventually if you're being careful. I'm not trying to discourage you from exercising - far from it. Exercise is excellent for everyone's general health but not when you have an injury or illness. Take care!
