Well I was going to record in my entry today all about what I planned to do this upcoming week and where I need to improve on in my intake etc... but then I just decided to record this.. I have read some of the most inspirational stories here in the last day or so and the life journey so many have or are taking..the pain they have endured and the glorifying moments of having success and I wonder.. I was really wondering if Im going to feel disappointed if my number is a gain.. not a lost...What the heck was I thinking. After hearing so many stories that touched me I learned a valuable lesson. Get over this number thing...enjoy your taking control to feeling better..celebrate with all here and accept them and their individuality, open mind..open heart..creates a huge learning experience. Lesson learned my friends...thank you all for sharing with me...this positive lesson will assist me to be a success on this journey of feeling better and being a better person.
