So happy with my first weekly weigh in after returning to the LCHF way of eating. I know the weight won’t come off this fast every week, but this loss definitely inspires me to continue on with this WOE. I’m definitely checking in more with other members’ stories. Reading about your struggles, successes (big and small), setbacks and ideas for improving this journey is definitely helping me stay on track. Thanks, everybody, and Happy Monday!

Keep an eye on your carbs and the weight will continue to come down! No matter what diet you follow you can reach ketosis by limiting carbs to 20-30 grams a day. My body responds best to under 20. After you are in ketosis you will become "fat adapted" burning your stored body fat for energy. Good luck on your journey!

8Patty....thanks for the great advice . I think I definitely eat too many carbs sometimes. I will have to be extra diligent!
