Feeling frustrated cuz my weight went up instead of down. But I am just believing that that is water weight. Cuz I haven't gone over 1600 for a few days and I have burned at least 700 calories on the treadmill. SO, going up is not really possible. I am trying the 16/8 IF again today. Wasn't too hard last night. Like what people are saying about all of the benefits of it, not just the weight loss part.
