Oh wow! I have been eating on plan all week, and keeping up with my workouts. But, I've felt bloaty for the past several days, so I was not expecting this at all! I just hoped I hadn't gained again! One thing I did this week was to increase my carbs, that is to say I are more beans and nuts. Not necessarily intentionally, it just happened. I also had lentils throughout the week... It is something to consider, I may try this out again in the coming week. I'm very very pleased this morning!
