Tomorrow is the big day. I'm shopping today for all the right foods to get started. I really hope I can do this...I'm tired of putting on a little weight every year. I'm so unhappy with the way I look.

You said you're doing Atkins, too? It's good to have a buddy, at least for me. It adds some accountability. My goal is to get in at least 20 minutes on my elliptical 5 days a week for now, and up it as I can.

I'm doing South Beach, but not much difference there. I'm not sure about exercise at this point. I know what you mean about accountability. We're getting a Planet Fitness in Windham soon, and I plan to join.
