I had a good day yesterday, deviated a bit adding psyllium husks to the diet drank tons of water so not worried about weight gain in the light of recent loss. Psyllium husks where so awful they are now scratched from my life. I will stick to brocolli and spinach. I went for a proper inbody scan today so I know exactly how much muscle, body fat, visceral fat and the metabolic rate I am working with. I now know that my target is 80kg which represents less than 6% bodyfat. I will reevaluate all my foods this weekend and aim to have sustainable delicious meals. I did about 6 light sets of exercise at the gym and realised just how unfit I am. Right now my focus is on weight loss but I also want to make sure I am not losing muscle with that so will be putting in some strength training.
