Starting today by forgetting breakfast and lunch at home :( The garage shop is not the best place to seek a healthier option... now just trying to get through the day with loads of water and coffee with coconut oil

Thanks for the welcome Roni,stumbled onto this site by accident and just love the fact that it's a SA site. Always battled to log calories with overseas sites as portion sizes and brands differ. Also love the fact that it seems everybody supports each other. And luckily I remembered my food today!
