I was surprised the scale didn't show big weight gain. Of course I had been eating very low cal for 2 days before I weighed in. My goal now is planning nutritious, low cal, low fat meals and lay off the sweets. I've got a house full of poor choices so I'm eating small amounts and way too few calories. I either eat 900 or 2500. Today I'm going to do better and have at least 1200 cals. Thank you for the support.
