Back on plan (gold) until I reach 125 then I switch to green, which is tomorrow. I'll be going to the center today and ask about the new plans and plate. I'll let you know what I find out.

Ya, let us know about the plans and esp if you hear that gold is changing too. My center is acting dumb founded about all of the changes when I ask....You are doing great, you will be on green before you know it. Let me know if your center sells the plate, again, mine has no idea. Brandi Alonzo

I asked my center about changing plans and our is not changing. What they are doing is starting new people out with 2 supplements, Excel & something else( I cant remember the name of it right now) As they are PROVEN to help in weight loss. But Not all centers are corporate as mine is. Franchises have more leniency it sounds like.
