So, I've been introduced to sparkpeople.com...it's a little different than fatsecret, and I don't like tracking calories as much on that site because it doesn't have the huge database like fatsecret, so I'm going to keep using this site for calories...I like the set up for journaling and blogging much better on that site though, so I'm going to use both...

I just joined SparkPeople, too, and I totally agree. So far, I think it has some richer resources in terms of recipes and demonstrations, but keeping track of food is much easier here. Good luck!

I use both. I actually prefer their calorie tracking once I got used to it. Never had a problem with not finding something in the database- but I eat mostly whole foods, not much packaged/restaurant stuff. So maybe that's the difference. Mostly I just love it because it's all about making a healthy lifestyle change, not this diet/that diet. So refreshing.

I was recently on that site too, my friend told me about it. I didnt like it very much, I found that there was just too much and not as easy to navigate at this one. It seems good though in time. I have an account I my use it for food ideas etc but this is just simple....how a diet should be! :)

A Buddy of mine recommended livestrong.com to track food. I really like that site. Check it out.
