After stopping smoking just over a year ago my weight gain just continues
Exercise consists of two Zumba and two tone and stretch classes a week
I have tried eating salads and lots of protein. Lost a bit of weight but was told I need to consume more calories which has just put more weight back on
So depressed. Need to get 20 lbs off to feel good again.
I’m just over 60 and have a bad neck so weights are out
