Still on track today. I've been eating right and taking time to exercise.

I hit my knee on something so it is hurting now, but I still did my workout.

Nothing else new here. The weather has been absolutely beautiful. Couldn't ask for a nicer day.

You did 6 hours of housework?! I went to the library in Columbia and got a bunch of workout DVDs!

Pretty much 6 hours. Between washing more clothes, cleaning Rachel & Alexandra's bedroom, running the vaccumm, sweeping, cooking and then cleaning up the kitchen, I've been busy all day! I'm just no to the point of sitting down and relaxing. Then tomorrow starts another day of the same things....see what you have to look forward to when you have kids :)

Yeah, well we're not quite there yet, the dogs are enough of a handful! That's a lot of cleaning, I'm impressed!
