Well that was a surprise after what I have been eating recently. Still, I have been being careful in general,, if not logging, I just had a mega blow out meat fest with a delicious rump steak, buttered brissels and crustless homemade cheesecake...... a pot of double cream, a pack of full fat cream cheese and lemon juice squeezed into it. sooooo much better than any factory made supersweet starch set gunk and soooooo easy! I mist ake sure I eat more meat. I have Mikey in the freezer and Bobby goat, and a couple of nameless ewes, oh and old brown girl mutton (10 plus years old but sooooooo tasty). Hmm, what shall I get out for tomorrow. ... ... slurp. Nice to have one's own meat, cripes it is expensive to buy in the butcher's!!,
I digress. Here we go, downwards, let's hope there is more to come.
