With a week and a bit until Christmas, I have taken a spare ten minutes to consider my failures and successes of the year. 2018, here I come.
Fail - Keeping calories logged all the way through the year
Success - Looking more like Mr Blobby
Fail - Weighing myself regularly and recording online
Success - Keeping a unhealthy level of denial about my actual size
Fail - Becoming a sexy male supermodel
Success - Making a LEGO model of a campervan.
When I get to a more positive point of view, I'll be sure to update.
