I'm having one of those hungry days...I'm trying so hard to be good. So I made sure to bring my snacks, and I had a small tangerine, an asian pear, and some brazil nuts for my snack. That's after having a whole wheat english muffin with hummus for breakfast! I think I do better when I have oatmeal in the morning...it's not that many calories, and it really keeps me satisfied. I almost broke down and had chinese food for lunch today! But I brought my lunch, and I'm determined to eat healthy!
