I am feeling horrible today battling the flu. I was extra hungry last night which I thought was a good sign but I ate way too much protein.

Just looked at your log for Dec 3rd (assuming Dec 4th was similar) - your "protein" looks good, but I think I would be hungry given how little "fat" you consumed. How much protein did you take in yesterday? And, your RDI shows 2,000 calories... were you aiming for 1500 instead?
