Yesterday I woke up feeling slim and light and weighed in at 58.8. Today I woke up feeling bloated and heavy (definitely PMT), expecting an increase because I had an ice cream yesterday - within RDI - and weighed in this morning 800gr lighter! Honestly, the scales aren't always our friends but we (I) become such a slave to them.

International Labour Day means a day off for us, much needed after the weekend to catch up on school planning and laundry.

Chicken dinner planned for this evening but no specific plans for lunch yet - I'm at home so it's easy to make a salad or juice some fruit and veg.

What a nice surprise, even if you didn't feel as good as yesterday. We are DEFINITELY slaves to the scale. It's Labour Day here to, I'm leaving work at noon. Nice. Enjoy your day!
