I still haven't started an exercise routine. Trying to find time is hard, but I will find it. I come home and wash the floors in my house every night, do some dishes up (from youngest daughter who has a snack when she gets home), feed the pets and the bathroom. I figure that's very light exercise since I'm not sitting in front of the computer. I usually take the elevater when I leave work and I thought...hmmmm...that's an easy way to add a little more movement, even if it's not grand, at least I'm doing more than I was :)

Thanks :) I'm starving and I'm not going to pretend I'm not--LOL. I am snacking in between--sensibly. Protein holds me longer, so I try to eat ham or some cheese (weekends are worse for me). I have to have my "crunch" and that's the reason for the mid-morning pretzels!
