I hate being sick! I haven't worked out since Wednesday. :-( I guess on the bright side I haven't eaten as much food because of all the snot, but with all the medication I'm taking I wonder how that effects weight loss... Ah well. I've been taking those cold-eeze drops every few hours. I guess maybe they have helped. I've never paid attention to how long my colds last but I am almost over it now. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get in a good workout. It's spring break for me! Thank goodness... I need some down time. I think that is what keeps getting me sick... So much stress, so much that is just wearing me out... Too bad I have to go back to it all next week. I wish I could have taken this week off of work too!

I hear you on all of the above! Stress has worn me out, my immune system sucks b/c of it...2 colds in less than a month or maybe the same one worsened? Get some rest, you'll be ready to get back into the grind!
