So... it's been a month since I have journaled, weighed in... or done anything at all for that matter. I went on vacation and LOST MY MIND!! O LORD! I completely fell off the damn wagon and it sped off into the sunset without me!

I'm feeling a bit lost and unmotivated but there is no time for pitty parties here, I have to get my ass back on track because going back is NOT AN OPTION!

I have not really worked out at all since the procedure I had on my legs last month so... today is the day. Back to the gym I go and I think I am going to just go in and go hard. I can do this. God help me!

Thanks so much... I soooo need the encouragement. It's almost like my brain short circuted and I completely fell backwards... All I could think was NOOOOO! This cannot happen. I have come way too far to slip back into bad habits. Lesson learned, this is a struggle but I know I can do it. I know I can!!!

Loosing weight is easy, it's keeping it off that's a struggle!! I know where you're at girl, I've been there. Heck, I'm there now :) getting back on track with eating right and exercise. You can do this!!!

Yes, WE can do this! Thanks for the kind words... sometimes you just need to be shaken back to reality you know? I'm feeling really great right now, feel like I got my mojo back, lol! Step by step and day by day is how I'm gonna take this ride. Thanks again!
