Camping this weekend was a blast! my kids enjoyed their first outdoor tenting experience. I didn't do too bad either. I gave in to a few roasted marshmallows, and an ice cream cone, but other then that I kept pretty true to the diet, except for the extra Mike-a-ritas!
Back to the work-outs this week, and lots of swimming. Calling for in the 90's most of the week.
