I'm very disappointed in myself for what I ate yesterday. Not only did I splurge on girl scout cookies, but I ended up having a Jack in the Box milkshake. It seems like once I start, I don’t stop until my clock resets the next morning. Once I start down the unhealthy path, it usually seems to continue. Usually if I splurge with something small like one cookie or one small piece of whatever it is, I’m fine.. but if I can’t stop myself after that first one then it’s usually a splurge-a-thon for the rest of the day. I’m just disappointed and will make it up by eating healthy today and working harder tonight at the gym.
