Today I found out that a bunch of people from work want to go to Cedar Point on July 6th. I used to love riding rollercoasters until I couldn't fit on the rides anymore. I REALLY want to lose at least 60 pounds by then and hope I'll be able to fit on the rides. I don't want to be the only one sitting out and then have to explain to everyone why I'm not able to ride the rides.

I was on the Atkins January 2011 and lost 40lbs in one month, but one slip up ruined it all for me. I'm hoping I can lose that again, but no slip ups this time!

Jess, I absolutely understand. The most miserable thing about being overweight is not being able to do what you want to do. I'll be rooting for you! Its good to have motivation to keep you going.

Don't worry about one slip. If you have one, pick it up and keep going. With Atkins and some exercise, you will be riding in July.

Right there with you!!! I am planning a trip to Cedar Point myself in the fall, and for years I would have to sit and watch my family go have fun while I sat out and watched. Not this year!!! Let's DO THIS!
