I'm down another pound since yesterday!

So, I'm very motivated now and don't want to risk bouncing out of ketosis. I'm starting to stress on an upcoming Friendsgiving and the official Turkey day.

I think I will stick to dark meat, riced cauliflower with butter and a glass of white wine. Dessert may be a challenge so I may bring my own whipped cream concoction.

Anyone else having the same anxiety?

I'm not stressing too bad, but will be behaving myself. I have four thanksgiving meals coming up I have to be strong at!! 😩😭 I'm making a butternut squash with herbs and butter and going to stick to turkey, and may add butter to it since I usually like gravy. Also I am trying to think of a way to make my own "stuffing" using the Almond bread recipe... then just cube it up and low cook it in the oven to make croutons?! Your plan sounds good, I always make sure I bring a dish to a party that is my WOE, so I have at least ONE thing I can eat! Been Gluten free for almost 13 years now, so I have become accustomed to living this way and not enjoying all the festivities like other people ☹️
