Yesterday we started the egg fast. Basically eggs and cheese, lots of water. Amounted to about 7 total carbs for the day. Down over a pound this morning. Didn’t even want to touch the Halloween candy yesterday! Gave out almost all the candy!(125 kids) the rest is going to Ian on Friday and his college buds!
