Feeling bad today. I FINALLY broke the 130 pound barrier on Tuesday...the day before the 4th of July when I overdid it on food and wine. I felt awful yesterday...think hangover...and had pizza AND didn't work out!!! So, I weighed myself this morning and really shouldn't have bc I was back at 133!!!! It just goes to show how unforgiving EFS is. A couple of bad days and you've gained back alot!!! I will work out today, but I have a weekend full of family visiting and bday party, which means LOTS OF TEMPTATION!!!!...and not much in terms of healthy options! ugh!!!

That is why you shouldn't weigh yourself too often. Too many fluctuations, especially after splurging. Try and drink lots of water to flush it out because the gain is most likely from eating higher sodium.

Hang in there....just like gopackers said, drink lots of water and you will flush it right back out. If you can resist, don't weigh in ever day or ever other day for that matter...when you mess up you know you messed up, don't punish yourself more then you already do! Keep your chin up, you are doing great!
