constantly searching for healthy options. have to lower cholestrol and get healthier. last doctor appt i was told i was pre diabetic. i used to be a size 4 my goal is to be between a size 7 and 9 and healthy.
ok so pumpkin seeds not as healthy as i was lead to believe. wow. not eating those every day. i actually rode my bike to the grocery store today instead of driving 1 1/2 blocks. i have been doing stuff like this for over a week. i feel better. also spending alot of time outside in the sun instead of at the computer all day.
