So as I have mentioned previously we weigh in every Thursday morning at work.

I have lost 400gs this week and am happy that every week there is more and more progress. Lets be real though, I would love to lose 1-2kgs a week but I keep having to remind myself that its not an overnight fix, I need to get my mind and soul right and the weight will follow, as long as Im losing and not gaining Im going the right direction.

To date 4.2kgs have been lost, not too shabby. :)
