Drink a lot of water. I've started adding a cinnamon stick to my water bottle and it seems to make drinking it more tolerable.

Thank you Glen and Scalewatcher3. I drink the equivalent of about 3 to 4 extra large coffee cups of water daily at work. Much more and I may as well move my computer into the washroom. ☺

I am (NLer) and thank you again. It's either laugh or cry, and there's too much happening in our lives that's beyond our control to make us cry. So I try to laugh when I can. Even if it's about me. Actually, ESPECIALLY if it's about me.
