OK, yeah, so I weighed myself again. This is very unusual for me because I try to stay off the scale so as not to drive myself crazy. But I realized that I generally do not weigh in on Mondays -- I wait until Tuesdays because my diversions on weekends often cause water weight. So now, I'm thrilled because I can post my first weight below 150 since about 1980. Hooray. I never ever thought I would make it this far, and I couldn't have done it without FS. I just couldn't be more thrilled. P.S. Hermione and Carson say Happy Halloween.

Thanks, Sandy! I am pretty happy about it. But I'm also realistic: Every time I have changed "decades" from the very beginning, there's been a bounce back the next week, and it takes about 3 weeks to be firmly below the previous threshold. So I'm kind of holding my breath for next Tuesday, hoping that I stay below 150. Happy Halloween to Sugar and Cooper. We are going to 3 doggie Halloween parties. I'm going to try to post a photo of Carson from the first party when I journal again. He really looked cute, and he had a fabulous time.
