It's been swings and roundabouts for a good while now. I've found it hard to get back into the groove and stay completely focused ever since we came back from the UK in February, and although the ups and downs haven't been disastrous, I still haven't reached my goal and stayed there.

However, at the risk of speaking too soon (again) I have been doing great since the weekend and feel like I could be back on track again. A shopping trip on Sunday and trying on clothes reminded me once more how much I do really want this, but more than anything I want to achieve the habit of always choosing fresh, natural, high-nutrient, healthy food.
