Hope everyone had a great weekend !! Outside of my huge calorie overage on Saturday night from having a few too many vodkas which lead to 3 tequila shots I'm doin OK...lol managed to avoid all of my favourite high carb hangover treats and stay within my carb allotment all weekend and bring my calories back in line...:)

Oh and have logged everything, which has made me realize reaching across the table and eating two sweet potato fries off you friends plate not a good idea 4.8 gms of carbs.....wow
