coming weekend we will be camping and hope to do some MTB and maybe a 3-5km jog

This week I'm doing a crush diet just till Friday to drop a kg or 2 maybe water weight as we will be eating and drinking this coming weekend.

Wow! Great tyd op die fietsry ding!!! Geniet jou crash diet LOL!! Ek nogal ook so gedink da oor: my eerste gewig verloor ek ook altyd vinnig net vir 'n motivation/boost met so fad diet! :-)

dankie my lief , my crush diet het soema daai selfde aand wat ek begin het gecrash. ek het tot vandag toe 700g verloor al het ek gecheat , maar ek dink die oefen help maar baie. Hoop dit gaan nog goed met jou en al jou goals .
