Sick with a cold today. Still going to do my exercise. My case management appointment decided to reschedule for Friday. hopefully I feel better by then. I'll keep taking my vitamin C in the meantime, and my multivitamin. I am going to stop the B-complex for about a month, then start it up as 1/2 a B100 every other day. My numbers are getting a little too high. But my ferritin and total iron are in the low end of the range. So, maybe i need to take extra iron.
