Another 1.1 pounds gone! Yes, I count the 0.1 pound...every little bit, right? I've been trying to make my workouts progressively harder, and I try to burn about 1,000 every time I go to the gym. When I went to workout yesterday, the gym was closed because of new year's eve. I was thinking, I've been working out for a few weeks now, I should be able to do my TurboJam Ultra High Intensity workout, right??? WRONG. I can do an hour of cardio at the gym, followed by another hour of strength training, but after 10 minutes of jumping around at home in front of my TV, I was out of breath! It was all I could do to get through 45 minutes! This morning, I was so sore! I'm thinking of adding that to my fitness routine. Maybe one or two days a week.
