Getting very close to where I got to be. Armour Thyroid along with diet and exercise has helped me get here. My Free T4 was low, but my total T3 is normal. Trying again to raise my calories and find out my maintenance level. i am now measuring myself, having no idea of what size dress i am, being that I have a small bust and wide hips.
